The Residence is just ten minutes (walk) far from the village’s centre, in a quiet position in the heart of Tremezzina, surrounded by green mountains, olive trees (that give to this area the name Zoca de l'Oli) and the lake, offering unforgettable views.
To enjoy holidays guests can choose from 9 apartments in 5 different solutions and 1 Dependance, all equipped with telephone, Internet, satellite TV, safe deposit box, and dishwashing machine and with an enviable lake view.
Not far from the main facilities, the Residence has a garden, well equipped with deck chairs, tables and chairs, where client can relax or swim in the heatened swimming pool enjoying the spectacular scenery of nature.
Inside the property guests can find a free private parking area, laundry and sauna.
