Soft Valentine cake

A romantic shape for a simple and tasty sweet, soft Valentine cake is also suitable for person with intolerance to butter. This recipe does not have it.

The ingredients:
Fresh eggs 3
flour type 00 350g
sugar 250g
glass of milk ½
1 cup olive oil
1 package yeast
orange zest
A pinch of salt
4 apples

The preparation:
Beat eggs with sugar and salt.
Combine flour, baking powder and milk.
Mix well.
Add the oil and the orange zest.
Cut the apples into fairly large pieces and add them to the mixture.
Pour into a heart shape mold and bake for 50 minutes at 180 ° C.
When cooked, bake and decorate as desired.
