In case of cancellation of the reservation for any reason the following penalties will be applied:
up to 4 days before the arrival date cancellation without penalty;
No reimbursement will be made from 3 days before arrival and to those who do not show up on the day of the start of the rental or who cancel during the course of their stay. The renouncing client may be replaced by other people, provided that the communication is received in time for the necessary changes.
In case of cancellation due to restrictions imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic, no penalty will be applied.
