It may be that as you grow older, you become wiser and learn to appreciate what your eyes were previously in too much of a hurry to observe ... but opening the shutters on a cold winter morning and seeing the sun already warming Lake Como with its lukewarm rays, it may be that it is now one of the most famous locations in the world that creates this poetry, but for us it is always home to savour every moment.
