Prosciutto and Melon Recipe

Ingredients:
1 ripe cantaloupe
250 g high-quality prosciutto crudo (Parma ham or San Daniele)
Instructions:
1. Cut the melon in half and remove all the seeds.

3. Slice the melon into wedges — not too big, not too small.
4. Wrap each slice with a piece of prosciutto.
