  • 250 g raw ham



  1. Divide the melon in two and remove all the seeds inside.

  2. We pass the two halves under running water to clean it well.

  3. Cut as many slices as we can so that they are neither too big nor too small.

  4. Spread the prosciutto on the melon slices and arrange them on a plate.

  5. If necessary, place it in the fridge before serving.
