Residence Celeste

Accessibility statement

We want residence-celeste.com to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement covers the website in Italian, English, French and German.

Conformance status

The website is partially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, which are also used by the European standard EN 301 549. “Partially conformant” means that some parts, listed below, do not yet meet every requirement.

Content that is not yet accessible

Trustindex reviews: reviews written in another language do not declare their language, so a screen reader may read them with the wrong pronunciation (criterion 3.1.2). The widget comes from an external provider and we cannot change it.

WuBook booking pages: after “Book now” the booking is completed on WuBook’s website, which we do not run and whose accessibility we cannot guarantee. If it causes you difficulty, you can book by writing to us or calling us: our contact details are below.

Interactive maps: they also work with a keyboard, but they are hard to explore with a screen reader. Addresses, distances and routes are also given in the text of the same pages.

What we have done

Pages have headings in order, a link to skip to the content and a declared language. Photos have alternative text describing what they show, forms have labels and written error messages, focus is always visible and everything works with a keyboard. Text and controls meet the minimum contrast ratios, pages can be read at 200% zoom and on screens 320 pixels wide, and the photo slideshow on the home page has a pause button and stops when the device asks for reduced motion.

How we assessed the website

Self-assessment carried out on 24 October 2026: automated testing with axe-core on every page of the website, checks at 320 pixels wide and at 200% zoom, increased text spacing, full keyboard navigation on the main pages and a review of the code. The problems found were fixed the same day, except those listed above. No testing has yet been done with people who use screen readers.

Date of this statement
