Cookie Policy

This page explains which cookies the Residence Celeste website uses and how to manage them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that websites save on the user’s device to work properly and to collect information about browsing.

Technical and necessary cookies

They are used for the site to work and to store your preferences, such as the selected language and your cookie choice. They do not require consent.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, via Google Tag Manager, to collect aggregated statistics on how the site is used. These cookies are only activated after your consent.

Third-party services

Some content is provided by external services. Google reviews are displayed through the Trustindex widget, which installs no profiling cookies and only uses the browser's session storage; it loads only when you scroll down to the reviews section. Maps are powered by OpenStreetMap, which uses no cookies.

The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam system that checks the submission does not come from an automated system: it installs no profiling cookies and does not track your browsing across sites, but it does receive your IP address. It is necessary for the secure operation of the forms and is therefore active even without consent.

In all these cases your IP address is disclosed to the service provider, as happens with any content loaded from another website.

Managing consent

On your first visit you can accept or refuse non-essential cookies through the banner. Until you make a choice, analytics cookies remain disabled thanks to Google Consent Mode.

Your choice is stored in the browser's local storage (localStorage) and not in a cookie: for this reason, clearing cookies in your browser is not enough to withdraw it. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page, which resets your choice and reopens the banner.
