Residence Celeste

Terms and conditions of use

These terms govern the use of residence-celeste.com. By browsing the site you accept them. They cover the website and its contents: the terms of your stay are a separate matter and we set them out when you book.

Who runs this website

The site is run by Residence Celeste, Via Giulia Brentano 3/5, Mezzegra, 22016 Tremezzina (CO), Italy. For anything concerning these terms you can write to info@residence-celeste.com.

The property’s registration details are CIR 013252, CIM 00002, property code M00033, CIN IT013252B4ONC74WC7.

Permitted use

You are free to browse the site to learn about the property, the apartments and the area, and to send us enquiries through the contact forms.

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with its operation, harvest data automatically without permission, or send through the forms any content that is offensive, false or infringes the rights of others.

Content and intellectual property

The text, photographs, prepared maps, name and design of this site belong to Residence Celeste or are used under licence. You may read them and share the link, but not reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our written consent.

Some photographs come from stock libraries under licence and remain the property of their authors. Map data comes from OpenStreetMap and is provided by its contributors under the relevant licence.

Accuracy of the information

We keep the content correct and current, and the walking distances published here are calculated on real routes. They remain indications: walking times, path conditions and the availability of services can change.

Opening times, fares and access to boats, villas, museums and third-party businesses are not ours to set and change over time. Check them on the operators’ official channels before planning a trip around them.

Third-party services and links

The site hosts or calls services run by third parties: the booking engine, the review widgets, the maps, the measurement tools and the service that delivers messages from the forms. Each operates under its own terms.

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Enquiries and bookings

The contents of this site, including any published offers, do not constitute a binding contractual offer. A booking is only concluded once we confirm it explicitly.

Prices, cancellation terms and house rules are given to you before you confirm: ask us and we will set them out in full for your dates. You will not find them on this page, because they vary with the period and the length of stay.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site, from any interruption of service, or from reliance on information that has since changed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability towards consumers.

Personal data and cookies

How we handle the data you send through the forms is described in the privacy policy. The use of cookies and measurement tools is described in the cookie policy, where you can also review your preferences.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The version published on this page is the one in force, and applies from the moment it is published.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Como have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer’s forum where the law provides it in favour of a person acting outside their trade or profession.
