Just a two-minute walk from the main building, Dependance Emy is our largest apartment: 100 m² of authentic comfort, perfect for families or large groups seeking a home with views over Lake Como, without giving up privacy.

With three bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed that can become a fourth room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and two balconies overlooking the lake furnished for breakfasts and sunsets, every detail is designed to make you feel truly at home.

But what makes Emy unique is the life that unfolds around it: you are next door to the grandparents, pampered with fresh vegetables from the garden, eggs from Grandfather Rino's hens, and a welcome that has the flavour of true simplicity.

Just a few steps away there is also the little water house, for those who love the small habits of village life. And of course, a private indoor parking space.
