This policy explains how Residence Celeste processes the personal data of website users, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data we collect

Data you provide voluntarily by filling in the site's forms: first name, surname, e-mail address, phone number with international dialling code (optional), arrival and departure dates of your stay (optional) and the text of your message.

We also collect browsing data through cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Cookie Policy, and your IP address, processed by the forms' anti-spam system and temporarily recorded in our hosting provider's logs for security and diagnostic purposes.

Purposes and legal basis

We process data to respond to your requests and manage the guest relationship (handling the data subject’s request and pre-contractual measures), for statistical analysis and website improvement (consent), and to comply with legal obligations.

Tools and recipients

Messages sent through the forms are delivered via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), acting as data processor for the sending of e-mails only. Anti-spam protection of the forms is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), which receives your IP address to verify that the submission does not come from an automated system. The site is hosted on Vercel Inc.

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited). Maps are powered by OpenStreetMap and reviews are displayed through the Trustindex widget. For providers based outside the European Union, transfers take place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We do not disclose your data and do not use it for profiling.

Data retention

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

At any time you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing and data portability by writing to info@residence-celeste.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
