Why book with us

Pet friendly

A dog on a wooden boat in front of a mountain lake

Bringing the dog on holiday to Lake Como is simpler than it sounds, as long as the property is happy about it and the surroundings suit.

Pets are welcome

We are a pet friendly property: your pets are welcome. If you have particular requests, write to us before booking so we can talk it through.

The shared garden and the outdoor space do the rest: stepping out for a moment before bed does not mean crossing half the village.

Trails and walks on the doorstep

Tremezzina is full of paths that start in the village and climb into the woods: the Soccorso sanctuary, the Val Perlana, the Alpini chapel above Rogaro. They are short, shaded walks, fine for a dog that is not an athlete.

You will find them all, with real distances and height gain, on the walks and hikes page.

The lake with a dog

There are stretches of shore where dogs are fine, and the Greenway is easy on a lead. For boats and villas the rules are set by the operators and change over time: it is always worth checking their official channels first.

If you are unsure about a particular place, ask us: what we know from experience we will tell you, and what we do not know we will tell you too.
