Better cancellation terms
Plans change. That is why, when you book directly with us at the standard rate, you can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
Free up to 3 days before arrival
At the standard rate, booked on the website or by writing to us, cancellation is free up to 3 days before your arrival day: within that deadline it costs you nothing.
For a cancellation closer to arrival, the terms shown in the booking confirmation apply, and you see them before you confirm.
The non-refundable rate
With some offers, such as Book early, you can also choose a non-refundable rate: it costs less precisely because the dates are fixed, and it cannot be cancelled free of charge.
If you would rather keep the option to cancel, choose the standard rate. If you are unsure, write to us with your dates and we will tell you the price difference between the two.
If something changes, tell us
Things come up. When they do, what works best is telling us as early as you can rather than waiting: with a few days in hand there is almost always a reasonable way through.
