Why book with us

Better cancellation terms

A window looking onto the lake, with a cup and a book on the sill

Plans change. The difference between a booking you feel calm about and one you regret is almost always in the terms you accepted when you confirmed.

More flexible than the portals

Booking directly with us, cancellation terms are more flexible than those of the portals, which add their own penalties on top of the property’s.

The exact terms depend on the period and the length of the stay: we tell you in full before you confirm, not at the bottom of a page of small print.

Ask before you confirm

Write to us with your dates and we reply with the terms that apply to your case. That is the moment to ask: after confirmation, the terms you accepted are the ones that count.

If you are still choosing between two periods, ask for both. They change more than you would expect between high and low season.

If something changes, tell us

Things come up. When they do, what works best is telling us as early as you can rather than waiting: with a few days in hand there is almost always a reasonable way through.

Here too the fastest route is WhatsApp at +39 0344 1930036.
