Late check-in with no cut-off, check-out usually in the morning
On times we would rather be clear before you book: arrival is as flexible as you need, departure has a morning reference time. When we can, though, we fit around you.
Late check-in has no cut-off time
If you arrive in the middle of the night it is not a problem: there is no hour after which you can no longer get in. Just tell us roughly when you expect to arrive and we sort it out.
It is something a small property can do and a large one usually cannot, because reception closes at a set time and after that you are locked out. Anyone landing on an evening flight, or arriving after a long drive, knows how much that matters.
Check-out is usually between 8:00 and 9:00
That is the reference time, and we know it is early. There is one reason: our cleaning staff works in the morning, and on changeover days there are several apartments to prepare before the next guests arrive.
We would rather not rush the job. The apartment you found clean and in order when you arrived was prepared with the same time it takes to prepare the one for the people coming after you. On a full day, a late check-out means doing it badly for somebody.
When nobody arrives after you, it is open to discussion
If nobody moves into the apartment the same day, the problem does not arise: in those cases we are glad to fit around what you need, and a more convenient time can usually be found.
It depends on the departures and arrivals of that particular day, which change constantly. That is why we answer on the spot: ask us, ideally the day before, and we will tell you straight away how that morning looks.
What we do not do is promise it in advance and then take it back. On days when every apartment has to be prepared, we ask you to keep to the time, because every hour of the morning is needed.
