People arriving at Lake Como often come a long way: a delayed flight or a queue on the motorway should not cost a night of the holiday.
Late check-in has no cut-off time
If you arrive in the middle of the night it is not a problem: late check-in here has no hour after which you can no longer get in. Just tell us roughly when you expect to arrive and we sort it out.
It is something a small property can do and a large one usually cannot, because reception closes at a set time and after that you are locked out.
Times agreed, not imposed
On request and subject to availability we agree arrival and departure times together, to fit your journey rather than the other way round.
If the apartment is free the day before or the day after, there is often room to stretch things a little at one end. It is not an automatic promise: it depends on the bookings, and we tell you plainly when you ask.
How to arrange it
The quickest way is to message us on WhatsApp at +39 338 3942667 the day before or while you are travelling, so we know where you have got to.
